French activist seizes Putin's daughter's Biarritz villa, intends to welcome Ukrainian refugees in it (VIDEO)

In Biarritz, local activist Pierre Affner broke into the Alta Mira villa of Putin's daughter, changed the locks, and declared that the villa is ready to accept refugees from Putin's regime, primarily Ukrainian refugees. The villa has a total of eight bedrooms and three bathrooms, Affner told The Insider.

In addition to the magazine called «VVP. Development Strategy», documents concerning Gennady Timchenko and Kirill Shamalov were found in the villa located at 9 Avenue du General Mac-Croskey.

Among other things, the documents found at the villa included a copy of the passport of Kirill Shamalov, Putin's former son-in-law, as well as a French translation of an electricity bill for the place of permanent residence in Moscow. Such documents could be needed to open a bank account in France, to purchase the villa itself, etc. Also found was a power of attorney dated 2009, issued by «Gennady Timchenko, a citizen of Finland» to a French person, Francoise Duchosal, who was supposed to manage repairs at the villa.

According to the French register of real estate, which The Insider has studied, the villa has been owned by Gennady Timchenko since 2007, and in 2012 was transferred to Shamalov.

In 1996, politician Alexander Belyaev claimed that Putin had been investing money in real estate on the Atlantic coast; the invested funds had been allegedly stolen from the St. Petersburg mayor's office using the scheme exposed by Marina Salieh, and then transferred to bank accounts in Austria. Putin vehemently denied these accusations and, as the press wrote at the time, claimed he didn't even know where the Atlantic coast was. At the trial, where Sobchak and Putin tried to refute the accusations of corruption, Putin claimed that if this theft had taken place, then why «our special services are doing nothing to stop the illegal actions of the mayor and his entourage».

Apparently, Shamalov's villa is not the only palace owned by Putin in Biarritz; in any case, Europe 1 radio, citing the French secret services claimed that in 1996 he also bought the villa which had previously belonged to Stravinsky, located at 9 rue de la Fregate in Biarritz. There is also a third villa in Biarritz associated with Putin, it is his ex-wife's house, which is now owned by her new husband, Arthur Ocheretny. After the war began, activists painted the walls of the villa in the colors of the Ukrainian flag.
