The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has put Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov on its wanted list, according to an update published on the Ukrainian Interior Ministry’s website.
Kadyrov is listed as “a person hiding from pre-trial investigation authorities.”

Judging by the information in the search card, Ukraine has accused Kadyrov of violating Part 3 of Article 110 (infringement on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) and Part 2 of Article 437 (planning, preparing, unleashing and waging a war of aggression) of the country’s Criminal Code.
