A Russian plane dropped a bomb on a school in the village of Bilohorivka, Luhansk Region, in which nearly 90 people were hiding from shelling. The airstrike was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Sergei Gaidai.
According to him, 30 people have been pulled out from under the rubble, the rescue operation continues.
Over the past week, there has been constant fighting in the area of Belohorivka near Lisichansk. «After the club had been hit, the school basement was the only place of rescue, but the Russians took that chance away from people as well,» Gaidaisaid. He noted that at the time of the bombing, almost all the villagers who had not managed to evacuate were hiding in the school.
