Architect and architectural theorist Sergey Sitar was arrested for a civil action held in Moscow, German magazine Monopol-magazin reports.
According to the report, on the morning of Thursday March 24, Sergey Sitar hung a 10-meter Ukrainian flag with the words «Freedom, Truth, Peace» written on it from the Crimean bridge in Moscow.
The sources say the architect stood trial yesterday, on Friday, and was sentenced to a fine and 15 days of in jail. Sergei Sitar is being held in the detention center in Sakharovo.
